AGREEMENT TO TERMSThis Terms of Use is a legally binding agreement between you, whether acting on your own behalf or in the name of an entity, and Damatrix Solutions Private Limited, operating as DSPL. This Agreement covers your access to, and use of, the website (“Site”) and all other media forms, media channels, mobile websites or mobile applications related to, linked to, or otherwise connected to the Site (“Facilities”). The Terms of Use for the Site are hereby approved and binding. If you do not agree to all of the Terms of Use, you are hereby prohibited from using the Site and must immediately discontinue use.
